1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 3jla website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use 3jla, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on 3jla, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by 3jla for verification purposes.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 3jla at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3jla reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying 3jla immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Ensuring that your account details remain accurate and up to date at all times.

3jla will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Sharing your account with any third party is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 3jla are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jla supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform at the time of transaction.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 3jla wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3jla does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• 3jla reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that appears to be associated with fraudulent activity.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the 3jla account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts. VIP members may be eligible for expedited processing.
• 3jla reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declarations.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to additional wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 5 for details.

3jla is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network outages. All transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the player unless explicitly stated otherwise by 3jla.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

3jla offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

• Bonuses are available to registered players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Unless otherwise specified, bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically.
• 3jla reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting promotional mechanics — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 3jla operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by 3jla or any player.

• Each game on 3jla is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 3jla's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• 3jla reserves the right to void any bet or game round that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other system failure that may have produced an incorrect result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, player tier, and promotional period.
• 3jla does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any game. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may temporarily affect game availability.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 3jla and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on 3jla.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live dealer games or poker-style games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to 3jla support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use 3jla for any illegal financial activity. 3jla complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 3jla staff or other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your 3jla account.
• Accessing 3jla from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

3jla reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including withholding funds pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 3jla platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3jla, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 3jla platform or any of its services.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from technical failures, system errors, or interruptions to service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on or through the platform.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that 3jla takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

3jla provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 3jla does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, 3jla's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Termination

3jla reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• At the player's own request.

Upon termination of an account, any real-money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification or compliance checks.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting 3jla support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their normal outcomes.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

3jla operates within the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 3jla makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
